Gravity Tower

A new multi-residential mixed-use apartment tower is set to become the first building to be completed in Melbourne’s Fishermans Bend Renewal Area – one of Australia’s largest urban renewal projects to date.

91 Montague Street – or better known as Gravity Tower @ 89 Gladstone Street – is being developed by Blue Earth Group in conjunction with Plus Architecture and Lucid Consulting Australia.

The 28 storey building located in South Melbourne will house 144 residential apartments, have a rooftop communal area, open air cinema and ground floor retail space. The tower will also fit 77 car spaces in its six-storey podium.

Residents of the 103 metre high tower can enjoy unfettered views of the city and river, as the building will be the only high rise of its size in the area for now.
