Building Fire Safety

Traditional fire safety engineering incorporating the development of performance based fire engineering solutions that satisfy the Performance Requirements of the National Construction Code Volumes 1 and 2. Our building fire safety specialise in the preparation of Fire Engineering Briefs and Reports using the principles outlined in the International Fire Engineering Guidelines (IFEG).

Special Hazard Fire Safety

Special hazard fire safety engineering provides performance based fire safety engineering solutions with a greater focus on occupant life safety and asset protection objectives. We develop risk based solutions using the ISO 31000 risk management principles that support occupant safety and minimise the potential damage as a result of fire to support business continuity and protection of our clients’ assets. Our special hazard team has experience in the design and documentation of risk based fire protection systems including Gaseous, Foam and Misting Suppression systems in conjunction with sophisticated detection and alarming infrastructure to compliment their operation.

Building Compliance

The Building Compliance operational team bridge the gap between Asset Management, Fire Services and Fire Safety engineering. Our team will work with our clients to provide new systems or develop performance based designs to maintain business continuity and ensure the continued compliance and operation of our clients’ infrastructure.
