1 King William Street, Adelaide, included the refurbishment of 19 storey, 20,000m2 commercial office building, located in the gateway of the CBD.

Appointed for all Building Services, Sustainability and NABERS consultancy, Lucid delivered a major refurbishment of this iconic 19-storey office tower. The works have resulted in energy performance improvements in excess 3 Stars and currently targeting +5 Star NABERS Energy performance. Key scope elements included new insulated facade, grid connected tri-generation system, solar PV array, BMS controls upgrade, EOT facilities and floor by floor refurbishment.
