1 King William Street, ADELAIDE
The project at 1 King William Street included the refurbishment of a 19-storey, 20,000m2 commercial office building, located in the gateway of the Adelaide CBD.
Appointed for all building services, sustainability and NABERS consultancy, Lucid delivered a major refurbishment of this iconic 19-storey office tower.
The works have resulted in energy performance improvements in excess of 3 Stars and currently targeting +5 Star NABERS energy performance. Key scope elements included new insulated facade, grid connected tri-generation system, solar PV array, BMS control upgrade, EOT facilities and floor by floor refurbishment.
