Michael Holzinger

Associate

Michael has been designing and developing electrical systems in the building services industry since 2011. In 2017, he joined the Electrical Services team at Lucid working on a wide range of projects including health and aged care facilities, defence, office, retail, schools and universities. In 2021, Michael transitioned to our Defence Sector where he is now responsible for the design management of Defence projects and providing ICT SME capability to the national Defence team.

Michael is a Chartered Professional Engineer and a Registered Building Practitioner in Victoria. He is experienced in Electrical and Communications Services design and documentation of difficult and challenging large scale projects, as well as overseeing the various building services disciplines as a Project Team Leader.

Michael has demonstrated experience in project delivery, as well as organisational, interpersonal, diplomacy, people management and leadership skills. He prides himself in his ability to effectively work in both team and individual environments to achieve business goals.
