Phil commenced with Lucid in 2019 as the National Lead for Asset Management. Phil’s career started as an Architect and has diversified through Property Management, Asset & Facilities Management and Capital Project delivery. Phil has had over 20 years’ experience in the defence and asset industry.

Phil has developed Lucid’s Asset Management Consultancy into a national offering and recently developed the first Asset Management Strategic Plan. Phil has built strong trusting client relationships with The Salvation Army, Babcock, SA Health, SA Water and Sydney Airport by focusing on service excellence.

Phil is a Registered Architect and a Certified Practitioner in Asset Management. The foundation to Phil’s leadership is his focus on the notion of trust as enabler to team development, creating value for clients and providing motivation for continual personal growth. Phil has a continued focus on team diversity and the use of technology in Asset Management

Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising and when the opportunity prevails watching sport.
