Rosemount Hotel

The Rosemount Hotel is a live music venue in Western Australia that supports local, national and international acts located within Perth’s inner city suburbs.

A hertiage listed building, the Rosemount Hotel was built at the time of the Gold Boom and has been continuously licensed and an operating hotel from at least 1902 providing a social meeting place and venue for the local community.

Lucid were engaged to provide mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire protection consulting services for a new kitchen, dining area and various other upgrades.

The project required an innovative approach in order to provide the stakeholders with a successful outcome, whilst working with existing heritage and operational constraints.
