With more than twenty years of industry experience, Hugo’s career is grounded in early trade and site roles that provide him with a practical understanding of construction environments and how design decisions influence delivery.

Since joining Lucid in 2012, he has progressed from Associate in 2015 to Director in 2019 and has been a key contributor to establishing both the WA and NSW practices. Hugo has strengthened Lucid’s capability across regions, supported major bids and frameworks and guided teams through complex project environments. He continues to contribute to national strategy and the development of future leaders across the business.

Hugo’s experience across both site and consultancy environments gives him a grounded understanding of how complex systems come together. Clients benefit from steady guidance, structured problem solving and ability to maintain alignment across project teams, which supports consistent and efficient project outcomes.
