Tonkin Office Fitout

The project involved a ‘warm shell’ office fitout on Level 2 at 170 Frome Street, Adelaide.

The new office fitout incorporated a total floor area of 1,500m² and included integrated lighting control and audio visual systems.

The project delivered an office environment of high quality with the following key attributes:

• Open plan workspaces.
• Boardroom.
• Collaboration space.
• Meeting rooms.
• Quiet rooms.
• Staff kitchen.
• Soil testing room (Level 1).

Lucid completed the Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Services for the $2M project.

The fitout was successful in the Master Builders SA Building Excellence Awards in 2019, winning the Excellence in Commercial Fitout (up to $5M) category.
