Our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan moves us towards a more inclusive and connected future. It reflects our responsibility to listen, learn, and work in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Decarbonisation

Decarbonisation isn’t just better for the planet – it’s better for business.

As a certified carbon neutral business through Climate Active, we’ve reduced our operational footprint through smart design and are helping our clients do the same.

Our approach is structured, transparent and results-driven. We’re working to:

  • Eliminate avoidable emissions by transitioning to renewables
  • Improve efficiency through smarter procurement, waste reduction and low-impact commuting
  • Embed decarbonisation into every project – from strategy to systems design

Our targets are clear and ambitious: a 50% reduction by 2030 and a 75% reduction within 20 years. We’re backing these goals with detailed action plans, transparent reporting and a culture of shared responsibility.

Social impact

From learning spaces to health infrastructure, we design places for people – using everything from early engagement to procurement to positively engage with communities.

We look to make an impact through:
