From day one, Lucid worked with Northwest Healthcare Properties to establish a clear, scalable site masterplan — aligning infrastructure capacity with the long-term development vision, including a future $80 million private hospital (Stage 3).
Stage 1, completed in 2021, included a relocated retail precinct and a multideck car park designed to service the broader precinct and adjacent SA Health facilities. For Stage 2, Lucid provided full design and construction-phase services for a new $30 million Specialist Medical Centre — a state-of-the-art building that integrates advanced clinical services with high environmental performance.
We coordinated closely with tenant design teams to ensure seamless integration of complex fitouts, including radiation oncology and imaging suites. Sustainability targets were embedded throughout, culminating in South Australia’s first 6 Star Green Star certified medical office building.
