The South Australian Government runs high-availability data centres that power IT across all state agencies. Two key sites – the Glenside Hosting Facility and the Flinders Telecommunication Hub – needed major updates to cooling, power, and infrastructure to boost capacity, redundancy and operational resilience.
Working in live environments, the stakes were high. With zero room for disruption, we delivered seamless upgrades – lifting long-term performance, strengthening risk controls, and building in future flexibility.
Lucid has partnered with the Office of the Chief Information Officer on several projects, helping to define, design, and deliver major infrastructure upgrades aligned with best-practice risk and capacity planning.
Taking a whole-of-system approach, we audited and reconfigured existing infrastructure – translating complex technical requirements into staged, manageable upgrades. Across both sites, we worked closely with stakeholders to forecast future demand, streamline tendering, and safely deliver critical works in live environments.
