Paul is an experienced board leader and advisor, supporting organisations to navigate growth, transformation, and long-term value creation. At Lucid, he acts as Chairperson, guiding strategic direction and strengthening leadership capability.
Paul brings deep experience acting in advisory, executive, and non-executive roles across multiple sectors. He has led change initiatives for large, complex organisations and currently serves as Chair and NED to several public and private companies nationally.
