2021 is the year Lucid turns 21!

Founded in 2000, Lucid has grown to become the largest employee-owned and Australian-owned engineering consultancy to operate in all mainland regions of Australia.

We have an amazing team that consists of over 270 professionals in eight offices around the country. While Lucid has continued to evolve and grow, we have always retained the core values which speak to the identity of our business.

We are so proud of our history and of our peoples’ efforts over this sustained period of time. We want to thank our entire team of talented people, past and present, and our incredible clients and industry partners who have worked with us over these 21 years.

We wanted to take this opportunity to celebrate this milestone in a meaningful way, and to remember that Lucid is an organisation that is about our people and clients.

We are in a unique position to track our pathway back to the moment that inspired the creation of a vision to be called Lucid.

So, we have created a video to capture that moment and to share the meaning behind the Lucid brand. It highlights some of our greatest achievements over the past 21 years and looks ahead to what the future of Lucid might hold.
