Ananda Aged Care Facility

The Ananda Aged Care project involved a $12M extension housing three new wings incorporating 66 extra beds for memory support patients in Hope Valley, SA.

The development comprises various breakout areas with food server areas to caters for residents, family, staff and visitors. Separate lounge and garden areas, as well as shed and workshop facilities, also provide a greater choice of recreational pursuits for everyone at the facility.

Lucid completed the hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and fire services design and documentation for each phase of the project since inception.
