BanG & Olufsen Fitout

Bang and Olufsen fitout involved the refurbishment of the ground floor tenancy at 33 Russell Street, Melbourne to accommodate a new retail outlet.

Lucid was engaged to take part in the fitout of Bang and Olufsen tenancy in Melbourne CBD. The refurbishment incorporated new display areas, staff office, storage, kitchenette, amenities and ‘experience room’.

In addition to the works mentioned, the client requested to keep the existing concrete exposed, which required significant attention to the building services coordination.

To complete the mentioned works, Lucid undertook the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services consulting for this project.
