Ivy Apartments 

A boutique mixed use development on Barker Avenue Perth, mixing 16 residential apartments with offices and a ground floor tapas bar.

The project required the delivery of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire protection services to the development to create a cost effective whilst inviting and efficient built environment.

Combining 16 apartments, ten commercial office tenancies and a ground floor bar, the building was designed to maximise separation and reduce noise impact between the building users whilst minimising duplicated infrastructure and available parking and amenity areas.
