Bupa Aged Care Woodville

The Bupa Aged Care development located in Woodville, west of Adelaide, involved Lucid working with the head contractor to deliver the project under a Design and Construct contract.

The project comprises a 109-bed nursing home over three stories including basement carparking and bus parking area. The building includes resident activity and common areas, cafe, staff offices and basement incorporating carpark, loading dock, commercial kitchen, commercial laundry and other staff areas.

Lucid undertook mechanical, electrical, communications, security, hydraulic and fire services for the project and played a key role in providing key design services to the head contractor to deliver the project on budget and to programme.
