Cara Office Relocation 

The project involved a new office fitout in a vacant and standalone building on a multi-tenanted site at 2-4 Adams Street, Hindmarsh.

The new office fitout incorporated a total floor area of 2,200m² and included integrated audio visual systems.

The project delivered an office environment of high quality with the following key attributes:

• Open plan workspaces.
• Flexible meeting rooms.
• Small meeting rooms.
• Quiet rooms and pods.
• Tea points and café.
• Warehouse carparking.

Lucid completed the Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Services for the $2M project for Cara – a South Australian Disability Service Provider.
