This is followed by a session with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Additionally, you’ll be paired with a buddy to support your smooth integration into the team. Throughout your probation, you’ll engage in scheduled performance discussions with your manager to review your progress, set goals, clarify priorities, and plan the next steps as you move toward becoming a permanent member of the team.
