Elliot Hewish

Associate

Elliot Hewish joined Lucid Consulting Australia in 2015, working across Fire Services, Hydraulic Services and Fire Safety Engineering. He was promoted to SA Fire Services Discipline Lead in 2019, and to Associate in 2022. His portfolio includes several large and complex projects, including the SKYCITY Casino development, spanning 5+ years. He has strong business acumen and technical skills in Fire Services, Building Codes, Australian Standards, and other construction industry services.

Elliot strives for continuous improvement and has influenced strategic plans at both the team and organisational level. As one of the inaugural Lucid Academy Leaders, Elliot championed the establishment of the graduate development program.

Elliot is a passionate people leader with high emotional intelligence. He is community-minded and has received recognition for his involvement as CIBSE YEN National Vice-Chair and SA Chair. He’s a positive influence on everyone around him, and you can find him at a Lucid Social Club event or Industry networking night near you.
