Ergo Apartments 

Ergo apartments is a large scale multi-residential precinct in the south-west corner of Adelaide. The project was developed over three stages by Hindmarsh Development in association with the Adelaide City Council.

Ergo Apartments comprises 179 apartments in total and incorporates a significant public realm area and a refurbished heritage building, which has been converted into a communal space.

The first stage delivered affordable housing whilst the second and third stages delivered a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments for sale to investors or owner-occupiers.

The project delivered a 7 Star NatHERS average rating across the precinct. This was made possible through collaboration between the Lucid sustainability team in conjunction with the architect, utilising thermal modelling to optimise and refine the building envelope design.
