Investigator College – Senior School Building

Construction of a new two-storey 1,800m² senior school building for Investigator College at their Victor Harbor Campus.

The project consisted of:

• Science laboratories.
• Home economics room.
• Art rooms.
• General learning areas.
• Student hub.
• Reception and administration.
• Staff offices.
• Vehicular access and drop-off zone.
• Site services infrastructure upgrades and IT interfaces to suit the new building.

Lucid completed the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and vertical transportation services for this $7M project.
