University of Melbourne and St Vincent’s Hospital – Medical School Refurbishment

The project involved the refurbishment of Melbourne Medical School’s occupied space in the Daly Wing and the Clinical Services Building (CSB) at St Vincent’s Hospital in Fitzroy.

The refurbishment included:

• Full renovation of Level 3 CSB to deliver functional PC2-certified and PC1 compliant laboratories.
• Refurbishment of the facilities on Level 4 Daly Wing North to form a dedicated clinical trials area with associated office space.
• Associated conversion of dilapidated laboratory spaces into office space on Level 4 of the CSB.

Lucid completed the Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Services for the $3.5M project.
