Building on the work of the Nightingale 1 project (6 Florence Street, Brunswick), Nightingale 2.0 is the second completed Nightingale project at 72A Station Street, Fairfield.
Conceived by Six Degrees Architects and delivered in collaboration with development manager HIP V. The building consists of three ground-level tenancies and a mix of apartment types over four residentials levels with a semi-intensive green roof and shared residential amenities.

The services included an embedded metering network with PV array, a central CO2 heat-pump system serving both domestic hot water and hydronic radiant heating panels. Rainwater harvesting is provided for re-use for landscape irrigation purposes. The thermal envelope of the apartments achieve 8.2-Star (average) NatHERS performance.
