Pascoe Vale Primary School – Modernisation Project

Pascoe Vale Primary School was established in 1891 and continues to serve the community of Pascoe Vale in the inner-Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

Due to a growing school population and a need for updated staff accommodation facilities, a new two-level administration building has been seamlessly integrated with the existing heritage building, achieving a sublime confluence of architectural periods.

Lucid provided mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, vertical transportation and sustainability services to this project.

The project was successfully delivered for the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) reaching practical completion in October 2020, accommodating staff and students for the final term.
