Quest Apartments

Quest Apartments, originally designed as an 18-storey apartment building, was later modified during construction to serviced apartments. The building accommodates 117 apartments to the highest Quest standards.

Quest on Franklin serviced apartments includes studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Lucid delivered the building services design for this major development in the Adelaide CBD, which also included an adjoining 16-storey office development.

Services infrastructure was carefully planned and designed to cater for the office and residential towers.
