Tom Carpinelli

Associate

Tom commenced his career with Lucid in 2013 as a Graduate Mechanical Services Engineer. He has since worked his way up to Lead Mechanical Services Engineer in our Adelaide office, followed by Associate appointment in September 2019.

In his time with Lucid, Tom has been involved in a number of large scale and complex projects, developing technical skills and a rigorous approach towards quality and coordination. He strives to consistently seek out design solutions which are robust, economical and in line with client expectations and requirements. Through team leadership within the SA office, Tom has developed a strong appreciation for teamwork, ensuring that individual efforts and fulfilment can result in strong project outcomes for all involved.

Frequently immersed in the sporting world, Tom particularly enjoys following the AFL and participating in amateur and social footy. He also values time spent in with family and friends.
