West Franklin Apartments 

The project involved construction of a residential development including two apartment towers, podium, communal facility, multi-storey car park and retail tenancies.

The development is located on the corner of Franklin Street and Elizabeth Street in Adelaide and includes the following features:

• 22-storey north tower and 19-storey south tower.
• 268 apartments, including 47 different apartment designs.
• Communal pool, sauna, steam room, gymnasium, cinema and podium garden.
• Rooftop bar and function facilities (north tower).
• Site services master plan for Stages 2 and 3.

Lucid completed the Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire and Vertical Transportation Services for the $100M project.
