Wodonga Place Shopping Centre Development

The project involved construction of the new Wodonga Place Shopping Centre in north-east Victoria incorporating anchor tenant Woolworths Supermarkets.

The neighbourhood shopping centre is approximately 5,695m² and is located on the corner of Elgin Boulevard, Hume Street and High Street in Wodonga, Victoria.

The project consisted of a combination of retail and office spaces to incorporate the following facilities:

• Woolworths Supermarket.
• 15 specialty retail tenancies.
• Commercial office tenancies.
• 187 external carparking spaces.

Lucid completed the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services for the $20M project which was completed in mid-2017.
